The 200G QSFP56 portfolio is using the latest generation of DSPs offering breakout functionality, multi-rate operation and lowest power consumption in the market. IEEE compliant 200G SR4 and LR4 interfaces are available.
LQP200-SR4 are using 4x50G PAM4 channels to achieve a 200GE connectivity suitable for switch interconnectivity, operating on a set of 4 wavelengths on the ITU G.694.2 CWDM grid near 1300nm or 4 channels 850nm wavelength. The electrical interface of the module is compliant with the 200GAUI-4 interface as defined by IEEE 802.3bs.
LQD200-LR4 , QSFP-DD 4x50G are having 8x25G optical lanes operating at NRZ encoding. They are compliant with the QSFP-DD MSA. Digital diagnostics functions are available via the I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP-DD MSA.
